For more information, please visit www.dentsu.com.Key responsibilities:Collaborates with the internal team to deliver day-to-day strategic work for client(s), stewarding strategies through to execution in collaboration with internal teamDelivers a point of view around a client's business/category, culture and consumer by compiling, analysing and interpreting information from various research sources (proprietary, syndicated, client provided), and apply to day to day briefsRepurposes agency thought leadership for clients. Contributes to agency or client thought leadershipBriefs internal working teams and external media publishers/partners for ideation, lead and steer brainstormsKeeps a pulse on leading and emerging media channels/partners (with a skew towards digital) and how to apply them to media/consumer brief responsesMentors junior strategistsDevelops strong audience empathy through understanding quantitative and qualitative data inputsWhat we’re looking forPrevious experience in media planning or a related role.Confidence working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Strong analytical and financial skills.Interest in exploring and evaluating new media opportunities and aligning them with client objectives and budgets.Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) and LithuanianHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility.Results-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills.Openness to giving and receiving feedback as part of a collaborative culture.What we offerFull-time permanent position based in Vilnius.
