The Lead is expected to model office presence. If the Lead does not show up, the team will not follow, so consistent onsite anchoring is part of the role.Role PurposeOwn the performance, quality, and growth of the Philippines paid social delivery team. This is an operational and demand-generation leadership role, not a strategy role. The team executes paid social campaigns for dentsu markets worldwide and is dentsu’s designated global TikTok delivery hub, a position created because TikTok delivery cannot run out of the primary India hub. The Lead is accountable for zero-defect delivery, utilisation and capacity, people leadership and retention, winning new work from markets to fuel growth, scaling the TikTok capability, and driving the team’s shift to AI-supported ways of working.Delivery & Operational ExcellenceOwn day-to-day delivery quality across all paid social engagements (Meta, TikTok, and other platforms) to a zero-defect standard.Enforce the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) process without exception. No work ships outside QA.Own utilisation, capacity planning, and resourcing hygiene against agreed thresholds.Set goals, SLAs, and standards, and hold the team to them.Act as senior escalation point for delivery, resourcing, and quality issues.Growth & Demand Generation (Internal Sales)Grow the PH hub by winning work from dentsu markets. Act as the hub’s internal salesperson: convince market leaders and hiring managers that the PH paid social and TikTok team is their best delivery option.Build trusted relationships with market stakeholders, proactively pitch the hub’s capability and capacity, and convert that confidence into committed volume.Hunt for growth: identify which markets and accounts can send more work, make the case, and close it.Scale the global TikTok hub on the back of demand won, growing headcount and markets served.
