Job Description:The Performance Manager will oversee a portfolio of performance-driven accounts, managing a team of executives and ensuring the delivery of campaigns that meet and exceed client KPIs. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of digital channels (search, social, programmatic, e-commerce), and the ability to translate client objectives into actionable strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel performance campaigns.Manage and mentor a team of Performance Executives and Senior Executives.Own client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for performance strategy and delivery.Develop media plans aligned with client objectives and ensure flawless execution.Monitor account health, revenue pacing, and ROI delivery.Conduct detailed analysis and deliver actionable insights through reporting and business reviews.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, ad ops, programmatic, data science) for integrated solutions.Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and performance marketing innovations.Requirements5+ years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience strongly preferred).Proven track record in managing teams and client accounts.Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and performance/e-commerce platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Client-facing experience with the ability to present strategies and results confidently.Location:CasablancaBrand:CaratTime Type:Full timeContract Type:Permanent
