Job Description:Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:QA activities across multiple eCommerce initiatives based on SFCC.Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and defect tracking processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into quality benchmarksReview and optimize test cases to ensure maximum coverage and efficiencyHands-on Experience in Business Manager, Merchant Tool, Administrator, Storefront, and Tool concepts.Report and track quality metrics and ensure adherence to release timelinesActively participate in sprint activities, requirement walkthroughs, and go-live planning.Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.Hands-on experience with Salesforce 3rd party integrations like CyberSource, Avalara Tax, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, Narvar, UPS & USPS, Klarna, Social Logins, Kount, Power Reviews, Einstein.Hands-on experience with Shipping Methods/Configuration.Hands-on experience with different viewport executions. Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2+ years in a QA roleProven experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platformsStrong working knowledge of the SFCC Business Manager tool and configurationsDeep understanding of the e-commerce domain, user journeys, and buying flowsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsFamiliar with test management tools (JIRA, Confluence, qTest, TestRail, etc.)Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skillsExcellent stakeholder communication and reporting abilitiesExposure to automation testing is a plusLocation:DGS India - Bengaluru - Manyata N1 BlockBrand:MerkleTime Type:Full timeContract Type:Permanent

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2+ years in a QA role (experience, 5 years)
- Proven experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platforms (experience)
- Strong working knowledge of the SFCC Business Manager tool and configurations (experience)
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce domain, user journeys, and buying flows (experience)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (experience)
- Familiar with test management tools (JIRA, Confluence, qTest, TestRail, etc.) (experience)
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills (experience)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting abilities (experience)
- Exposure to automation testing is a plus (experience)
