Job Description:ResponsibilitiesBe at the forefront of Digital knowledge (focusing on SEM, Display, Social, Analytics) by keeping up to date with industry news and developmentsDevelop an understanding of the various digital media channels and the potential for them in clients marketing activityLead the day to day client relationship, campaign or project development and execution for clientsSet and manage expectations of client and internal teams, especially to ensure the team has the optimal time scale to deliver quality work and serviceLead development of regular results & resource analysis & reporting, recommendations and presentationsHelp in preparation for and attend business pitches as requiredDevelop the skills and knowledge of the Digital Executive/ Specialist through mentoring, supervision and providing continual feedback on performanceDelegate the appropriate tasks and the appropriate amount of tasks to ensure an acceptable workloadRequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in media planning in an agency environment, candidates with more experience will be considered as Digital Performance ManagerExperience in working on digital performance/ integrated marketing programs, with an understanding of how digital can build off of other media channelsExperience in full-cycle planning from consumer insights, to marketing strategy, to data analytics is a plusGood relationship built with media vendorsProficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office toolsFluent, persuasive, and concise English presentation and writing skillsPositive “can-do” attitudeCantonese and good command of EnglishWe offer 5 days' work and attractive compensation package to suitable candidates. Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in media planning in an agency environment, candidates with more experience will be considered as Digital Performance Manager (experience, 3 years)
- Experience in working on digital performance/ integrated marketing programs, with an understanding of how digital can build off of other media channels (experience)
- Experience in full-cycle planning from consumer insights, to marketing strategy, to data analytics is a plus (experience)
- Good relationship built with media vendors (experience)
- Proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office tools (experience)
- Fluent, persuasive, and concise English presentation and writing skills (experience)
- Positive “can-do” attitude (experience)
- Cantonese and good command of English (experience)
