Job Description:ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, and Social platforms to maximize ROIAnalyze campaign and website data to generate actionable insights and recommendationsMonitor performance against KPIs and implement data-driven optimizationsConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunitiesScale campaigns to improve reach, exposure, and efficiencyWork closely with internal teams to ensure integrated execution and accurate reportingPrepare performance reports and client-facing presentationsRequirementsOver 2 years’ experience in digital performance marketing (Search, Display, Social)Strong understanding of Performance Marketing / eCommerceHands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic tools is an advantageStrong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detailGood client-facing and communication skillsProactive and able to work in a fast-paced agency environmentFluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plusWe offer 5 days' work and attractive compensation package to suitable candidates. - Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail (experience)
