We are currently looking for an UX/UI Designer that could be able to take the responsibility for envisioning and shaping first-class, innovative digital touchpoints, and bringing new ideas to life and enthrall our clients with unique digital experiences.Being the connecting piece between business goals, user needs, and technical implementation, you collaborate deeply with CX strategists, other designers, and developers, always acting as advocates for users’ needs throughout the entire process.What do we expect:You are a proven, multi-skilled, flexible, and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise across the full design lifecycle.You will:Demonstrate experience working collaboratively to align the needs of our clients with those of their end users, from initial concept through to final deliveryHave experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams, designing end-to-end digital customer experiences (e.g. commerce, brand, and service experiences)Be comfortable designing short-term experiments and learning prototypes, as well as scaling concepts into robust, long-term solutionsTranslate visions and ideas into ambitious design concepts, from wireframes to high-fidelity user interfacesCollaboration & CraftCollaborate closely with other UX/UI designers to brainstorm concepts, sketch ideas, and create low- and high-fidelity prototypes to shape user-centered design solutions, that can be rapidly tested with usersDesign accessible, intuitive, consistent, and delightful digital experiences, with strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect executionWork with designers and developers to create responsive layouts, including interactive states, motion, and animationContribute to and work within design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across productsQualifications:You bring passion for digital creation and deep expertise in:Human-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and usabilityA completed degree in design (university or technical college), e.g. in the field of communication, web or interaction design, or a comparable qualificationMinimum 3-5 years of professional experience designing complex digital products and applications, preferably in an agency or product-driven environmentStrong creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to understand complex systems and processesExcellent knowledge of core UX principles and methodologies (usability, accessibility, inclusive design, etc.)Practical experience with Design Thinking fundamentalsHands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as Figma, Miro, and other prototyping and collaboration toolsExperience facilitating workshops, conducting benchmarking, usability testing, walkthroughs, and end-to-end UX processesStrong understanding of UI design principles, interaction design, and responsive design best practicesExperience applying user-centered and inclusive design principlesHands-on experience building, maintaining, and contributing to design systemsExperience across B2B, B2C, and e-commerce projectsSolid technical understanding of modern web technologiesExperience working closely with development teams in agile environmentsAbility to leverage AI tools to support and enhance daily design workflowsPassion for staying up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologiesCommunication & CollaborationExcellent communication and presentation skillsComfortable collaborating within cross-functional teamsFluent in English, written and spokenPlease submit a strong portfolio including detailed case studies of projects you have worked on.
