Job Description
The purpose of this role is to implement and execute Paid Search campaigns, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.Job Description:Core responsibilities:▪ Leads strategy, performance and account management on all key digital channels(Search, Social, Programmatic etc) for a variety of clients.▪ Be responsible for full client management process from enabling acquisition andonboarding, to day-to-day Digital Ad Operations and performance of clientaccounts, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.▪ Manage a team of 10-15 people reporting into you and be responsible for TeamGrowth and planning personal development programs for subordinates.▪ Own, manage and grow digital channel strategies for a client portfolio of 8-10accounts.▪ Work with leadership to modify strategic plans to provide expert advice, strategicthinking and guidance to client on all digital campaigns and delivery.▪ Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and internalproduct development efforts.Qualifications:▪ A tech Graduate/MBA with an experience of 4- 6 years in Search Engine Marketing(SEM)/Paid Search (PPC) & Paid Social Strategy▪ Have hands on knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics,Google Adwords and experience in planning and managing the advertising spendswith clients over last 5 years.▪ Have team handling experience for at least 1-2 years.▪ Advanced excel and Microsoft office skills.▪ Advanced certification for Adwords, DBM Fundamentals exam, Facebook Blueprintetc▪ Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable businessjudgment.▪ Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bepersonable yet persistent.Location:GurugramBrand:IprospectTime Type:Full timeContract Type:Permanent
