Provide technical expertise, project support, and operational oversight to ensure pension plans are delivered efficiently, comply with regulatory requirements, and align with the organisation's global pensions' strategy. Routine pension administration, workflow execution and case processing sit with GBO, providers or automation wherever possible.Support the governance of international pension arrangements by coordinating governance activities, monitoring regulatory developments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with local requirements and company policies Partner with vendors, GBO and market stakeholders to ensure service delivery standards are met, issues are resolved effectively, and pension programmes operate efficiently. Assist in monitoring pension funding positions, accounting disclosures, and key risk metrics.
