Routine administration and transaction processing should be delivered through GBO, vendors, automation or self-service wherever possible.Lead UK and Ireland all employee plans end-to-end processes.Drive simplification, standardisation and automation of share plan processes and controls including leading UK and Ireland all employee plans end-to end processes.Lead share plan, projects, system enhancements and transformation initiatives from design through adoption.Improve participant experience by redesigning processes, guidance and service touchpoints.Partner with vendors, GBO/the Reward Hub teams, and internal teams to optimise delivery, reduce manual work and lead share plan communications to improve participant engagement and understanding.Measure efficiency improvements, adoption outcomes and operational benefits from process changes.What you will bringExperience leading projects or process improvement programmesKnowledge of global employee share plans including approved UK and Irish plans or regulated reward environments;Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skillsExperience with automation or operational excellence methodologiesExperience of employee communicationsUnderstanding of share plan legislation, global taxation frameworks and regulatory requirementsExperience managing complex share plan events such as grants, vestings, exercises and participant reportingBenefits Unique Family Leave opportunityWe work without border - you will work with people from all over the worldYou will deal with world class brand portfolioWide variety of thematic events, afterwork activities organized by employee communitiesProduct Allowance to purchase company products from the staff shopWe won the Fittest Workplace Award, of course we have a GymUrban legend is true, we do have a Rooftop BarFlexibility This is key to success in our business and many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways, including part-time and compressed hours.
