You will be responsible for resolving complex accounting and reporting issues, managing significant audit interactions, and providing guidance to Analysts and Senior Analysts.You will be accountable for the operational performance, quality, and timely delivery of statutory reporting activities while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and driving continuous improvement across the reporting process.Key responsibilities include:Leading statutory reporting activities across the assigned portfolio.Managing relationships with key stakeholders.Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements.Leading external auditor interactions.Driving process improvements and standardization.About YouDegree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field6–7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including leadership experienceExperience working in an international and multicultural environmentStrong understanding of risk management, including internal controls, managing risk, and embedding compliance and ethicsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to understand the bigger picture, communicate key messages, and propose solutions to complex issuesProficient written and spoken EnglishFlexible Working StatementFlexibility is key to our success.
