Wherever your skills lie, we’ll help you to learn and develop, supporting you along the way in our inclusive culture.About the role• To take full responsibility for the day to day management of the respective Profit and Loss / Balance sheet area from accounting, reporting and controlling perspective• Prepare quality reconciliations through deep understanding of the figures supported, reported• Continuously monitor the respective P&L and/or BS accounts for any inconsistencies• Prepare and post accruals to ensure the month-end results show the clear and fair picture• To ensure that financial processes are undertaken accurately, efficiently, on time and that the surrounding internal control procedures are strictly adhered to in line with CARM processes• To maximize benefits of globalized system processes• To exploit SAP to its maximum• To contribute ideas, energy, enthusiasm and support to the continuous improvement of the process. Simplify and standardize processes across the region end-to-end.• Contribution in the month-end closure, yearly planning processes• Liaising with external Auditors and coordinating the audit workRole Responsibilities• Day to day management of the respective Profit and Loss / Balance sheet area from accounting, reporting and controlling perspective.• Provide pro-active decision support for business partners to optimise the business unit’s financial performance within the overall corporate strategy. Delivering value add analysis, thorough understanding of movements on accounts, the business reason behind those, and collection and presentation of risks & opportunities.• Interpret reports and data using a range of techniques and tools and communicates to business and financial colleagues, providing technical support and advice to business partners. Continuously monitor the respective P&L and/or BS accounts for any inconsistencies.• Ensure that financial processes are undertaken accurately, efficiently, on time and that the surrounding internal control procedures are strictly adhered to in line with global processes and standards.Experience / skills requiredUniversity / College degree in finance / businessDegree educated in relevant finance / business1-2 Years in Financial Accounting / Reporting, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferredExperience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment from professional services audit backgroundExperience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantageEnglish excellent – special language required for Countries where the official language is differentMS applicationsSAP S4HANA and SAP BWBFC and / or MSTR is an advantageFlexible Working StatementFlexibility is key to our success. Required Qualifications

  • University / College degree in finance / business (degree in finance)
  • Degree educated in relevant finance / business (degree in relevant finance)
  • 1-2 Years in Financial Accounting / Reporting, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred (experience, 2 years)
  • Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment from professional services audit background (experience)
  • Experience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantage (experience)
  • English excellent – special language required for Countries where the official language is different (experience)
  • MS applications (experience)
  • SAP S4HANA and SAP BW (experience)
  • BFC and / or MSTR is an advantage (experience)

Responsibilities
