To those who see AI as a driver of progress, come build the future together.The Crown Is YoursAs a Procurement Business Partner supporting Marketing, Corporate Services & Business Operations, you'll lead sourcing initiatives and manage supplier relationships across assigned services categories. You will partner with business leaders to understand demand, develop commercial strategies, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate agreements that support growth and operational priorities. By bringing structure, market insight, and commercial discipline to complex services spend, you'll deliver measurable value while supporting speed, flexibility, and strong business outcomes.What You'll DoLead sourcing initiatives across assigned categories, including media and advertising, agencies, creative and production, sponsorships, talent and influencer services, market research, consulting, contingent labor, workplace, travel, professional services, customer experience, and business operations.Partner with business stakeholders to understand demand, challenge requirements, and develop sourcing strategies aligned with growth priorities, operating plans, and functional roadmaps.Lead competitive sourcing events, including RFx development, supplier communications, proposal analysis, commercial evaluation, and supplier selection.Develop business cases and negotiate agency, consulting, outsourced-services, contingent-labor, and other statement-of-work-based agreements.Develop commercial structures with clear scopes, rate cards, fees, incentives, deliverables, usage rights, service levels, and performance measures.Conduct spend, rate, fee, supplier, benchmark, demand, and market analyses to identify sourcing, consolidation, and optimization opportunities.Manage supplier relationships, ensuring partners meet expectations for cost, service quality, delivery, performance, flexibility, and innovation.Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Privacy, Information Security, and business stakeholders to address contractual, regulatory, reputational, and third-party risks.What You'll BringA Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience in strategic sourcing, technology procurement, category management, vendor management, or a related commercial function.Proven experience leading technology sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, competitive sourcing events, and contract discussions across categories including software as a service (SaaS), cloud services, enterprise licensing, data, artificial intelligence, hardware, telecommunications, and professional services.Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience evaluating pricing, benchmarking, utilization, total cost of ownership, and business cases to support sourcing decisions.The ability to translate technology roadmaps and business requirements into practical sourcing strategies while building strong partnerships across Technology, Finance, Legal, and supplier stakeholders.Experience leveraging analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, or procurement technologies to improve sourcing outcomes, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.#LI-CC1Join Our TeamWe’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process if this is relevant to your role.The US base salary range for this full-time position is 105,800.00 USD - 132,300.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
