Build Your Future at DTCCAs an Enterprise Services Governance & Reporting Intern, you will help support high-priority projects across Enterprise Services, conduct data analysis, and provide informed recommendations. The team facilitates strategic metrics reporting, enhanced risk and portfolio reporting capabilities, and actionable business intelligence insights. Your work may support governance, risk reporting, data quality, project tracking, and process improvement while giving you practical exposure to reporting, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.At DTCC, interns contribute to meaningful work while learning how the financial markets operate behind the scenes. You will be part of a structured summer experience that combines team-based project work, training, feedback, mentorship, and opportunities to connect with leaders and peers.About the Summer Internship ProgramThe Summer Internship Program is a 10-week experience designed to build a strong foundation for early-career talent. The program includes orientation, training, manager engagement, feedback milestones, networking, and development experiences that help students explore potential full-time career paths, including EDGE where applicable. What you will gainHands-on work connected to real business priorities, not only observation or administrative tasks.Structured orientation and training to help you understand DTCC, the industry, and your business area.Manager support, mentorship, peer connection, and opportunities to build your network.Development experiences focused on communication, feedback, professional skills, and career readiness.Mid-point and final feedback to help you understand your strengths, development areas, and potential next steps.Exposure to DTCC culture, values, and community engagement. What you will doRole ResponsibilitiesSupport the maintenance of risk and control inventories, helping ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.Conduct initial research and analysis on risk incidents, policy exceptions, or control deficiencies, partnering with senior team members to support adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.Assist with preparing risk and governance reporting, dashboards, presentations, and related materials for senior management.Provide administrative and coordination support for governance processes such as policy attestation, training completion tracking, risk assessments, and stakeholder follow-up.Perform quality checks on risk and control data, identify inconsistencies or gaps, and assist with process improvements related to risk reporting or governance tracking. What will help you succeedRequiredCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.Expected graduation date: Spring 2028Minimum GPA: 3.2Authorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship.Strong interest in financial services, governance, risk, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. PreferredCoursework, projects, prior work, internship, student organization, volunteer, or leadership experience related to risk management, governance, business analytics, data analysis, project management, reporting, or process improvement.High level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to problem solving. The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
