How you’ll make an impact: Support certification of centres, physicians, hospital staff, and internal personnel in line with Edwards Lifesciences' SOPsBuild and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and proctors to support clinical excellence and adoptionDeliver education on all aspects of the device, including handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniquesDevelop and continuously enhance training curricula, materials, and tools based on clinical experience, guidelines, and SOPsProvide business intelligence insights related to clinical activities, market developments, and account dynamicsEducate and train physicians and hospital staff through hands-on sessions, in-services, and structured education programsDeliver on-site support during procedures and ensure continuous follow-up to maintain high standards of patient outcomes and technical proficiencyPartner with Sales and Sales Management to plan and execute growth strategies within key accountsContribute to growth in strategic accounts in collaboration with Business ManagersSupport validation of software and hardware updates in the field where applicableContinuously build knowledge of products, physiology, anatomy, and market dynamics relevant to Edwards therapiesRegularly review clinical activities, market changes, and competitive landscape with Sales leadership and Clinical teamsSupport additional activities and projects as requiredWhat you’ll need (Required): Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in medical devices and/or clinical environmentsBachelor’s degree in a related fieldExperience delivering training in a clinical and/or technical environment preferredFluent Greek and English What you’ll need (Preferred): Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general office toolsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and stakeholder interactionGood interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectivelySolid problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesModerate understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiologyBasic understanding of medical device regulatory requirements, including device accountability and adverse event reportingHigh level of attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretionAbility to prioritize and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong team player mindset, with experience working across cross-functional and international teamsAbility to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent Greek and English (experience)

Responsibilities
