The Maintenance Helper ensures the working condition of manufacturing support equipment to support smooth and continuous operations.The standard hours for this role are Monday-Friday 5:30am-2pm.How you'll make an impact: • Perform preventive maintenance on chairs and microscopes, as well as making repairs to microscopes; also perform preventive maintenance and sanitization of work benches and other large surfaces during shutdowns.• Perform minor repairs to manufacturing tools, such as tweezers, scissors and probes.• Document maintenance tasks, track labor hours and spare parts data in asset lifecycle system (e.g., Maximo).• Re-configure racks to accommodate production volume shifts based on work orders to limit the number of work orders in process.• On time arrival to work, regular attendance without excessive absenteeism, and working a full 8 hour or longer work period.• Other incidental duties: General work area housekeeping, other duties as assigned by leadership.What you'll need: • Due to the specific duties of this job, you must be able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English.What else we look for: • H.S.
