How you’ll make an impact:Ensure data consistency across the core business systems (JDE, MDM, Coupa, Model-N, SFDC, Concur, Power BI). Provide complex root cause analysis, formulate, and propose alternative solutions and recommendations including providing guidance to stakeholders utilizing data management & business process improvementDefine business terms and data quality rules while ensuring integrity and consistencyAnalyze data quality issues and provide solutions on data management with high complexityDrive the data quality of master data across the domains in assigned regionRecommend and lead the implementation of continuous data process improvements and/or transformations to existing processesDevelop and document regional processes and proceduresPartner with regional/global team members and crossfunctional teams to ensure that operations and processes are set up according to regional standards to ensure adherence to governance objectivesCollaborate with Corporate governance office for issue remediationBuild and drive plans to improve data quality across each region including dashboard reviewsProvide coaching and knowledge transfer to team membersIncidental duties as assignedWhat you'll need (Required):Bachelor's Degree in in related field, 5 years experience of previous related experience in data management RequiredProven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel including data quality toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiating, stakeholder management and relationship management skillsExcellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skillsFull knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to data managementFull understanding of data management and governance principles, theories, and conceptsStrict attention to detailAbility to interact professionally with all organizational levelsWhat else we look for (Preferred):Certification in CDMP – Certified Data Management Professionals desiredGood leadership skills and ability to influence change "Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment"Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
