Together, these teams will help Edwards operate more efficiently and accelerate innovation in support of our mission of advancing patient care.In this role you will contribute to the implementation, operations and maintenance of Identity and Access Management service and related technologies. Ideal candidates possess both broad and deep technical knowledge in Information Security and IAM practice. This is highly collaborative role, and you will work in close collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams.How you’ll make an impact:• Perform complex service analysis as it relates to the information security function or capabilities• Resolve issues and incidents by performing complex root cause analysis and developing and implementing solutions in the Identity and Access Management• Responsible for operations and maintenance of key cyber security capabilities and services ​relevant to the Identity and Access Management• Provide support to assigned teams to implement information security features• Build documentation and provide knowledge transfer to other team members• Other duties as assigned by managementWhat you'll need (Required):• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related field.• Minimum of 5 years previous related experience Required.• Knowledge and understanding of Identity and Access Management principles.• Experience in identifying and implementing improvements in IAM platforms.• Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate potential identity and access security risks.• Experience in troubleshooting and implementing secure Active Directory and Entra ID solutions.• Knowledge of Active Directory authentication features (Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP).• Working knowledge of IAM services of any public cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP), is a plus.What else we look for (Preferred):• Excellent organization and time management skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer focused skills• Ability and desire to constantly self-educate and improve knowledge and understanding of cyber security• Scripting experience preferred• Substantial understanding of troubleshooting techniques with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies.• Ability to provide guidance to assigned teams on implementing information security standards and designs.• Certifications in related discipline preferred (e.g., CEH, CISM, CISSP)• Strict attention to detail• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/controlRecruiting scam alert: Read our notice about potential recruiting scams.
