Join us and be part of our inspiring journey.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to join the Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit and help shape the future of TTVR therapy adoption globally. This role focuses on driving marketing strategy and execution across the product lifecycle, building strong commercial foundations through clinical marketing, HCP engagement, and competitive positioning.How you will make an impact:Lead and manage a team responsible for therapy‑focused marketing strategy and execution across the TTVR portfolioDevelop and execute global marketing strategies including clinical marketing, HCP engagement, and care pathway developmentDrive competitive strategy and readiness, including market monitoring, positioning, and development of competitive responses across the lifecyclePartner closely with product managers to translate product strategy into effective commercialization, including messaging, positioning, and adoption initiativesBuild and scale physician engagement programs to inform strategy and accelerate adoptionCollaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure global strategies are actionable, relevant, and drive in‑market impactLead development and execution of cross‑functional marketing programs, ensuring alignment with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teamsEstablish and track key marketing performance indicators to measure impact and inform continuous improvementLead a team to develop scalable marketing capabilities that drive adoption through clinical evidence, physician engagement, and competitive differentiation** Role required to be onsite in Irvine, CAWhat you will need (Required):Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related field, related experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria OR Master's Degree or equivalent in related field, related experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteriaWhat you will need (Preferred):Experience in medical device or healthcare industry (10-12 years)Demonstrated track record in people management or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteriaMBA or advanced degreeExperience in structural heart or complex medtech marketsExperience in competitive marketing, market insights, or strategic marketing rolesProven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence without authorityPrior experience in people leadership or team managementDemonstrated ability to build and scale marketing programs globallyAdditional skillsStrong understanding of therapy marketing across the product lifecycle, including clinical, competitive, and engagement strategiesAbility to translate complex clinical and market insights into clear, actionable marketing strategiesExcellent strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersStrong collaboration skills across product management, regional marketing, clinical, and R&D teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environmentStrong analytical mindset with ability to track performance and optimize marketing impactExperience developing messaging, positioning, and value propositions in competitive marketsAbility to build trusted relationships with physicians and key opinion leadersAbility to operate with high ownership, accountability, and adaptabilityAbility to create comprehensive marketing strategies with supporting plans and the ability to execute.Possess the ability to measure and track performance/success of programs/initiativesPossess strong clinical knowledge, experience and knowledge of the clinical areas where Edwards' products are used or intended to be used, understand the purchasing process and challenges for product adoption in complex healthcare networksAdhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., expense reporting, pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/controlAligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.For California, the base pay range for this position is $139,000 - $196,000 (highly experienced).The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
