Required Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio economic value strategy for TMTT, ensuring alignment with Edwards’ market access priorities, business objectives, launch planning, adoption readiness, and customer engagement needs.
• Develop evidence-based value narratives, frameworks, tools, and customer-facing resources that translate clinical, economic, operational, reimbursement, and patient burden insights into clear, practical materials for hospital executives, cardiovascular service line leaders, administrators, and field teams.
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert on portfolio value economics, providing strategic guidance on value framing, economic objections, access barriers, and opportunities to support adoption of TMTT therapies.
• Leverage hospital analytics, procedure economics, claims data, customer segmentation insights, reimbursement dynamics, payer expectations, health policy trends, and customer feedback to refine economic messaging over time.
• Partner cross-functionally with U.S. and Portfolio Marketing, U.S. Field Market Access, US Reimbursement and Policy, Sales, and other internal teams to integrate economic value initiatives into broader commercial and market access programs.
• Identify economic evidence gaps, customer evidence needs, and opportunities to strengthen value propositions; provide input into evidence generation priorities across the TMTT portfolio.
• Establish metrics to assess adoption, effectiveness, and business impact of portfolio value tools, customer programs, and economic messaging.
