The job holder will support the Segments/ Products business teams to provide analytics and support decision making and ensuring that Group financial policies and control framework are consistently applied across the segments/ products in GMT business units. Some of the Key Responsibilities include: Review of front office desk profit and loss reportsHedge accounting & Financial reportingMonthly, Quarterly, Semi-annual & Annual commentaries & Analytics on Treasury B/s movements, market drivers & business activitiesProvide independent valuation and analysisReview the portfolio marking vs IFRS requirements Skills and ExperienceUniversity Degree or a qualified accountant(ACCA, CFA, CIMA, ACA) preferableBetween 3 - 5 years of post-qualification experience in the Finance function of a large bank with exposure to understanding of Treasury products and its lifecycle, Hedge accounting and IFRS 9 reporting.Banking & Financial Services,Should possess knowledge of Treasury products & transactions and have knowledge of relevant banking regulations.
