We are looking to find the best UAEN talent to join our ENBD family.Job Overview:As a Wealth Support Lead at Emirates NBD, your role is to lead the investment support team within the Wealth Management division, ensuring smooth investment support operations and high-quality service to investment advisors. You will manage administrative, operational, compliance, and client support activities that enable advisors to focus on client relationships and investment strategies.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the investment support team, ensuring all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with internal standards.Coordinate with investment advisors to ensure their operational and administrative support needs are addressed promptly and professionally.Lead, mentor, and develop investment support professionals while fostering a high-performance and collaborative team culture.Implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of investment support services.Ensure investment support activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, audit standards, and risk management expectations.Support investment advisors with the preparation of client reports, presentations, documentation, and related service materials.Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues impacting client service and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards. Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in investment management or operations are preferred.Proven experience in investment support or a related field, with a strong background in operational process management and team leadership.Strong knowledge of investment products, investment support processes, and regulatory compliance requirements within investment services.Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to support advisors and deliver high-quality client service outcomes.
