The Delivery Lead – Digital Products is accountable for the successful delivery, execution, governance, and operational performance of strategic digital initiatives within the Digital Onboarding & Branch Transformation Tribe.The Digital Onboarding & Branch Transformation Tribe is responsible for transforming customer onboarding, assisted sales, branch servicing, workflow automation, and digital servicing experiences across Retail Banking, SME, Priority Banking, Private Banking, and Assisted Banking channels. The tribe drives digitization, automation, process reengineering, AI adoption, and customer experience transformation through CRM, BPM, onboarding platforms, branch systems, customer outreach platforms, servicing workflows, and emerging Agentic AI-enabled solutions.The role exists to ensure that business priorities are converted into predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes through strong execution discipline, proactive risk management, stakeholder alignment, engineering governance, and operational excellence.The Delivery Lead acts as the primary delivery owner for assigned product journeys and is accountable for end-to-end delivery outcomes across multiple Agile squads, dependent platform teams, vendors, and enabling functions. The role requires the ability to translate product roadmaps into executable delivery plans, establish a strong operating cadence, manage dependencies, identify risks early, and ensure delivery commitments are achieved with transparency and accountability.The role is expected to actively support the transformation agenda of the tribe by enabling scalable digital onboarding journeys, branch transformation capabilities, assisted servicing workflows, customer outreach flows, straight-through processing, automation, and AI-assisted delivery practices.The incumbent must demonstrate strong leadership, ownership, and execution focus. The individual is expected to operate independently, anticipate challenges before they become blockers, drive resolution across teams, and build stakeholder confidence through objective visibility, proactive communication, and consistent delivery discipline.The role is accountable for:End-to-end delivery ownership across assigned squads and product journeys.Roadmap readiness, backlog maturity, sprint planning, delivery sequencing, and release preparedness.Proactive management of delivery risks, dependencies, compliance expectations, technical constraints, and operational readiness.Squad performance improvement, engineering maturity, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement.Strong engagement with Product Owners, Business Sponsors, Tribe Leadership, Architecture, Security, Operations, Compliance, Engineering Chapters, and Platform teams.Adoption of modern engineering and delivery practices, including DevOps, automation, observability, AI-assisted software delivery, and data-driven delivery governance.Ensuring that delivery outcomes are aligned with business value, customer experience, operational resilience, risk controls, and regulatory expectations. Success in this role will be measured through delivery predictability, milestone achievement, squad performance, risk management effectiveness, stakeholder confidence, engineering maturity, operational stability, and measurable contribution to business outcomes.
