We are looking to find the best UAEN talent to join our ENBD family.Key Responsibilities: Drive Tistahal app downloads, user registrations, activations, offer redemptions, and engagement through targeted campaigns, sales enablement, and merchant collaborations.Develop and implement marketing strategies, push notifications, EDMs, redemption campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to increase app usage and visibility.Source, propose, and onboard strategic partners that enhance the Tistahal value proposition across lifestyle, dining, wellness, financial, and other relevant customer segments.Build ROI-backed business cases, merchant proposals, presentations, and integrated marketing plans to support partnership approvals and successful execution.Act as the primary point of contact for partners, maintaining productive relationships and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth partnership launches.Monitor app performance, customer behaviour, campaign results, partner performance, and market benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Prepare reports, dashboards, annual event calendars, and performance reviews to support leadership updates, sponsorship opportunities, and future collaboration plans. Skills and Experience University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferable.Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills, reporting experience, and a solid understanding of retail banking segments, customer behavior, and cross-sell planning.Good knowledge of consumer banking dynamics, marketing strategy, campaign planning, and partnership management.Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.Collaborative team player with the ability to think creatively and strategically, manage ambiguity, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.There’s never been a better time to join Emirates NBD.We’re one of the region’s most recognizable brands.
