Job Title:Engineer - New Graduates who can join April 2027 (2027年4月入社 新卒採用）Job Description:The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated to work as Engineer in our Yonezawa manufacturing site with long term prospective. The Entegris Leadership Development Program(ELDP) is a rotational program for selected fresh college graduates to rotate through functional roles in common core areas of the business. Entegris supports an Engineering track that cycles through product, manufacturing, and quality/R&D rotations. In Each rotation is a 12-month duration, and the program lasts for a total of three years. To work with project in each positions. You will be assigned engineering position after 3 years and focus there. 3つのポジションでエンジニアとしての経験を積むことができます。各ローテーションは12ヶ月間、合計3年間のプログラムです。 各ポジションでプロジェクトに携わります。 3年後にはエンジニアのポジションに配属され、そのポジションに専念していただきます。 Traits we believe make a strong candidate: To have high motivation to build career as Engineer for manufacturing. To have high interest to Semiconductor industry and our business product. Studying Chemistry or Mechanical System Engineering is preferred.
