Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated working understanding of vapor pressure and solid delivery as it relates to semiconductor CVD/ALD equipment design and performance (experience)

• Working knowledge of characterization techniques including IR spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, NMR spectroscopy, ICP/MS, gas chromatography, microscopy, surface analysis are essential. Knowledge of metal corrosion mechanisms is preferred. (experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead a motivated group of New Product Development engineers and scientists, creating first of a kind DoE’s, oversee data collection and storage, review and interpret analytical data sets, prepare and review high quality internal and external presentations, make technical recommendations based upon the results gathered and submit IP as needed

• Lead and coordinate the team’s work with a range of internal and external customers

• Design and oversee operation of precursor delivery test equipment including in-situ monitoring, sample collection, and characterization

• Operation, design, and CIP of materials of compatibility test equipment including sample collection, analysis, and characterization as it relates to stability and compatibility of key component materials

• Post service examination of vessels utilized in various applications, collation of data, identify trends and make recommendations on hardware designs based upon the results

• general: Compensation: The salary range for this position is $125,500-$157,000. Final compensation will depend on the candidate's overall skills and qualifications for the role.
