In this role, you will be responsible and accountable for the overall liquid chemical purification and blends operations of a 24/7 facility, focusing on safety, quality, service, and efficiency.What You’ll Do:Drive Safety First mindset and lead by example the Liquids operationsDevelop and lead strategic initiatives for team to improve key performance indicators on Safety, Quality, Customer service levels and profitabilityLead from front with End-to-End Accountability on Safety, Quality and Delivery issues related to Liquids OperationsDrive Customer Focus by partnering with other functions within organization such as Product Management, Planning, Materials, Finance, HR, while leading operations team initiatives to meet business objectivesImplement the Safety, Quality, Service level and cost metrics (KPI’s) to drive continuous improvements at cell level operationsOperate the plant in accordance with EH&S requirementsEnsure compliance with legal and environmental safety standardsDevelop and manage resources and capacity to achieve adequate production volumesMaintain high standards of information accuracy and reportingHold self and team accountable to established processes and proceduresSet development goals for employees and coaches for achievement to create high performing operations teamEstablish a continuous improvement environment as guiding operational cultureDrive the team to implement improvements using Lean Sigma tools and Entegris standardsWhat We Seek:B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering or related field6-10 Years of experience in a chemical processing environment, preferably serving the semiconductor industry5+ years of leadership experience in an ISO 9001 certified manufacturing environmentLean, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Six Sigma training and experience requiredExcellent communication, planning, organization and leadership skillsCost effectiveness and plant budgeting work experienceExperience with new product introduction and site-to-site product transitions preferredFlexibility to adapt to work environment, work force, and customers’ needsERP experience, SAP experience would be a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sittingExperience in working in an ISO 9001/14001/45001 environment a plusOutstanding Candidates Will Have: “Safety First” attitude which is practiced with integrity and a high degree of accountability for results.Strong track record of driving strategic initiatives and accomplishments in leadership roles5+ years of leadership experience in an ISO 9001 Chemical plant serving the semiconductor industryTeam player with a growth mindsetPractical Knowledge of SPC, Lean / Six Sigma theory and CI practices.What We Offer:Our total rewards package goes above and beyond just a paycheck.
