Job Title:Specialist, PurchasingJob Description:The Role: Entegrisでは、安定した材料供給と購買活動を通じて、製造オペレーションと顧客納期の達成を支えるBuyerを募集します。本ポジションは、サプライヤー、生産計画、製造、品質保証、物流、財務等の関係部門と連携しながら、材料発注・納期確認・供給リスク対応・コスト改善を推進するポジションです。勤務地は米沢工場（山形県米沢市）です。 Entegris is looking for a Buyer to support stable material supply, purchasing execution, and on-time delivery for manufacturing operations. You will partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Planning, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Finance, to manage purchase orders, confirm deliveries, address supply risks, and support cost improvement at our Yonezawa plant in Yamagata, Japan. In this role you will: 本ポジションでは、購買チームの一員として、材料・部品・サービスの安定調達を支え、製造計画や顧客納期に必要な供給を確保します。サプライヤーおよび関係部門と連携しながら、発注処理、納期管理、供給リスクの早期把握、コスト・在庫・品質を意識した購買活動を推進します。 主な業務内容： 材料・部品・サービスの購買依頼内容確認および基幹システムを用いた発注処理 サプライヤーとの納期確認、遅延フォローおよび緊急案件の調整 価格、納期、取引条件に関するサプライヤー調整および購買コスト・供給安定性の改善支援 供給リスク・納期遅延の早期把握および関係部門と連携したリカバリーアクションの推進 発注残、納期、価格、サプライヤー情報等の購買関連マスターデータの正確な維持管理 購買状況、納期、供給リスク、コスト改善等に関するレポート作成および可視化 購買プロセス、標準作業、コンプライアンス要件の遵守および継続的改善への参画 As a member of the Purchasing team, you will support the reliable procurement of materials, components, and services needed for manufacturing operations and customer delivery requirements. You will work with suppliers and cross-functional partners to manage purchasing activities, monitor delivery status, identify supply risks early, and support cost, inventory, and quality objectives.
