Our team works collaboratively, communicates clearly and knows how to create and execute strategies that drive the adoption of TravelAds across our market portfolio. We go beyond acquiring new partners — we keep them engaged and investing for the long term through end-to-end account management.In this role, you will:Execute high-volume outreach to acquire new customers and build initial account penetration on the TravelAds platformDrive campaign reactivations to re-engage partners who have paused investment, reducing churn across the portfolioSupport the optimization of live campaigns through end-to-end account managementBegin developing relationships with customers and their account teams, including key decision makersParticipate in account planning to outline tactics focused on acquisition-led growthDevelop an understanding of customer needs, market context, and competitor offeringsRecommend TravelAds products and data-driven insights that align with customer goalsEngage in commercial conversations with partners, seeking manager guidance when neededGather data and basic insights to support commercial discussions and customer interactionsBuild cross-functional relationships internally to support positive portfolio outcomesDevelop working knowledge of sales processes, product value propositions, and standard contract termsExperience and Qualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial roleProficiency in English plus any European languagesProficient communication skills with a growing understanding of sales techniquesAbility to work both collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentPreferred:Some exposure to account management or client-facing commercial rolesFamiliarity with digital advertising, travel industry, or online marketplace platformsExperience gathering and presenting data to support commercial conversationsThe total cash range (inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target) for this position in Prague is Kč731,000.00 to Kč1,023,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to Kč1,169,500.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Incentive plan performance above target will also earn more than the incentive target compensation amount. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
