Job ResponsibilitiesAs a 3rd Shift DC General Warehouse Associate, Equipment Operator, your key responsibilities will include:Ensuring inbound shipments are received and registered accuratelyPerforming general warehouse duties to facilitate the seamless flow of goodsAssisting site management in aligning with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, including completing necessary documentation and recordsResolving orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departmentsPicking and packing goods ready for dispatchAdhering strictly to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirementsMaintaining regular and reliable attendancePerforming other duties as assigned to support the teamJob RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications:Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center environmentAbility to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficientlyStrong attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks accuratelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCapability to work autonomously and within a cooperative groupPhysical capability to lift and move heavy items as requiredDedication to maintaining a safe and organized work environmentWhy Join Ferguson Enterprises?At Ferguson, we care for each other.
