You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a DC Supervisor, 2nd shift, you will be responsible for:Supervising a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient warehousing servicesCoordinating warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution, and component part supportEnsuring the safe and accurate storage of materialsProviding daily supervision to a team of direct reports, including training, coaching, and mentoringScheduling repairs for warehouse maintenance, which may include company vehicles and forkliftsAssisting in developing replenishment plans for equipmentAdhering to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirementsMaintaining regular and reliable attendancePerforming other duties as assignedRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:Proven experience in warehouse supervisionOutstanding organizational and time management skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesA keen eye for detail and a dedication to flawless executionThe ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalA strict adherence to safety protocols and company policiesWhy Join Ferguson Enterprises?At Ferguson, we care for each other. Responsibilities

  • Supervising a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient warehousing services
