Job Description:The RoleThe Digital Content Manager is responsible for the setup and deployment of participant communications in partnership with the Workplace Investing and Personal Investing organizations and outside vendors. The associate will work with various internal business partners, including Communication Consultants/Analysts, Project Managers, Campaign Managers, and Operations to set up, edit and manage content, and ensure timely delivery of communications. We also provide consultative solutions while partnering with our technologies team to meet participant communications needs through several electronic and paper channels.
