As the Dining Room Manager for Specialty Dining at Fidelity Investments, you will lead the way in crafting an outstanding atmosphere for our guests! You will be managing reservations, coordinating food and beverage service, and ensuring an outstanding ambiance in our signature venues. Your role is pivotal in providing flawless service that leaves a lasting impression.Key responsibilities of the role include:Coordinating the daily operations of the front of house team, ensuring smooth and efficient service from breakfasts, lunches, and occasional receptions & dinners.Handling inventory for front of house sections, making certain they remain sufficiently supplied to support business demands.Supervising and training the waitstaff team, conducting pre-service briefings, and crafting work schedules to maintain service excellence.Managing reservations, ensuring accuracy, and communicating dietary restrictions with the culinary team.Reporting on volume of activity and projections.The Expertise and Skills You BringYou are a dynamic and highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, organized environment. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.The base salary range for this position is $74,000-141,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
