We are seeking a Director to join the Equity Product and Trading Solutions team at FCM. In this role, you will help drive the development and evolution of our core electronic trading infrastructure, including order management and routing, FIX connectivity, market data, and risk controls. A key focus of this position will be leading the buildout of critical capabilities for a new equity trading offering targeted at our professional (pro) client segment, partnering closely with internal stakeholders from early concept through delivery and launch. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.The base salary range for this position is $100,000-185,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
