Job Description:Director, FinanceNote: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this positionThe RoleThe Director of Fidelity Digital Assets® Finance will be heavily involved in the process of continuing to build out the foundation of our Fidelity Digital Assets Services finance capabilities and will be asked to seek out and drive new projects that add value to the business. Some of the known key focus areas that will require support include:Business case support including product level PL development.Develop and implement new pricing capabilities, including client PLs, segment-level pricing strategies, and product pricing.Development of financial data analytics and competitive updates to functional business heads.Drive new product and feature implementation across the broader Finance function.The Expertise and Skills You BringFidelity Digital Assets® is an exciting business unit that is focused on bringing emerging concepts to life in the digital asset arena and delivering those solutions to Fidelity clients and prospects. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$222,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
