Job Description:Reconciliation/Corporate Actions, Senior Analyst Location: DublinThe Corporate Actions Senior Analyst is responsible for the daily reconciliation of both Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions. The successful candidate will assist with co-ordinating the flow of required information between various stakeholders, including the Front Office, Portfolio Managers, Treasurer’s offices, Fund Accounting and Custodian banks.The Expertise We’re Looking For • 4+ years of relevant Financial Services experience• 2+ years of Corporate Actions experience• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience• In-depth knowledge of Corporate Actions concepts and practices• Understanding of complex Corporate Actions eventsThe Purpose of Your RoleThe Global Corporate Actions team is responsible for all aspects of Corporate Actions Reconciliation. This includes Income, Mandatory and Voluntary events. Tasks include fulfilling the departments policies associated with corporate actions reporting and data management.
