Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of backend/frontend development skills, cloud experience, and deep knowledge of Active Directory and identity technologies.You will work in a DevOps-driven environment delivering scalable applications while supporting critical identity infrastructure that underpins enterprise-wide services.The Expertise and Skills You BringHands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular and/or React, with strong proficiency in TypeScriptSolid experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot to build scalable REST APIEngineer and support enterprise Active Directory and identity services nice to have Build and enhance backend APIs and microservicesDevelop modern, responsive frontend applicationsDeploy and manage applications in cloud-native environmentsAutomate infrastructure and deployment pipelinesSupport authentication and authorization systems across the enterpriseTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems and applicationsCollaborate across engineering, infrastructure, and security teamsActive Directory knowledge and experience.Some experience of supporting one or more of the following:Group Policy Objects (GPO)Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).Lightweight Directory Services (LDS).Office 365.Azure AD Connect.Experience of supporting Active Directory in the cloud (AWS or Azure) an advantage.Knowledge of Windows PowerShell and UNIX/Linux command shell commands an advantage.We are currently operating under a hybrid model, with some flexibility for remote working. However, Fidelity is gradually transitioning towards a full-time return to the office, as we believe this will help strengthen our culture and enhance both the associate and customer experience.
