Job Description:Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this positionThe RoleThe Stock Plan Services team is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to work in a fast-paced client-facing role, leading complex projects on behalf of both new and existing clients! This role is accountable for project execution, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and delivering high-quality onboarding experience for clients and internal partners.Serving as the primary day-to-day contact for clients during onboarding, guiding them through platform transition activitiesCoordinating tasks across Operations, Product, Technology, Legal, and other internal partnersManaging project documentation and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to Fidelity standardsProviding regular status reporting to stakeholders on progress, milestones, issues, and risksSupporting a consistent and positive onboarding experience that establishes a strong foundation for long-term client satisfactionContributing to team knowledge-sharing, process improvements, and best-practice adoptionThe Expertise and Skills You BringBachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of professional experience3–5 years of experience in equity compensation, financial services, or project managementExperience coordinating multi-workstream projects or client transitionsWorking knowledge of stock plan administration or a strong desire to develop subject-matter expertiseStrong communication, influence, and organizational skillsAbility to lead cross-functional project teams through structured plans and delivery commitmentsStrong capability to identify, document, and escalate risks and obstaclesClear and timely communication skills when facilitating discussions, resolving issues, and aligning partnersAbility to build consensus and influence in a matrixed environmentStrong attention to detail and a process-oriented approachAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesThe TeamAs part of the Implementation team, you help establish the foundation for each client’s long-term relationship with Fidelity. Your leadership supports operational excellence, reduces risk, and enhances the overall client experience across Stock Plan Services.Fidelity’s Onsite Working ModelFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
