The RoleThis role is responsible for representing and protecting Fidelity in the drafting and negotiation of various types of agreements with Fidelity’s largest plan sponsor clients. The Senior Contracts Manager works with Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Compliance, Finance and Corporate Legal to reach the desired business goals of Fidelity, while managing legal/compliance risk for Fidelity. We are part of the larger Workplace Investing Organization. We are client-facing associates who partner closely with the business and internal legal teams in all phases of the contracting process.
