The Expertise We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field.3 plus years of experience as a systems analyst, business systems analyst or in a similar technology role.Foundational understanding of brokerage and financial services The skills you bringStrong understanding of margin systems and margin business processesSolid SQL skills with the ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and validate business scenariosStrong analytical and problem solving abilities with attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to gather, analyze and document business and systems requirementsExperience in creating functional documentation, process flows and test scenariosWillingness to learn new technologies, products and business domainsWorking knowledge of margin concepts, including client margin requirements, account balances, buying power and margin calculationsFidelity’s Onsite Working ModelFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.The base salary range for this position is $67,000-$127,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
