Downstream use cases such as loyalty, offers, and messaging are enabled through this work, but not directly owned by this role.What You’ll Do:Partner Ecosystem and Integrations (Primary Focus)Define and scale integration patterns for:Merchant loyalty and engagement platformsOEM wallet ecosystems (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet)Third-party or white-label providersOwn the API strategy and partner integration model, including:External-facing APIs and data contractsPartner onboarding and scalabilityVersioning and extensibilityEvaluate build vs. buy vs. partner decisionsPartner with engineering to design integration architectures that scale across diverse systems Wallet Data and Event Platform (Enabling Layer)Define event flows and data contracts across:Wallet transactions (provisioning, balance, redemption)Merchant and loyalty system integrationsEnsure:Reliable data exchange across partnersClear ownership and traceabilityConsistent API and event schema designWork directly with engineering on API design, schemas, and system flowsProduct Execution and Partner DeliveryTranslate strategy into clear product requirements and API definitionsSupport early partner integrations and pilot programsPartner across engineering, platform, and external stakeholdersUse partner feedback and system performance data to improve integration quality and scalabilityWhat This Role Is NotNot focused on marketing campaign execution or lifecycle managementNot a CRM, CDP, or analytics ownership roleNot focused on front-end UX or growth optimizationWhat you need to have:7+ years of product management experience with platform or API-driven products or OEM platforms such as Apple or Google WalletExperience building or scaling partner ecosystems or external integrationsStrong experience with APIs, integration patterns, or event-driven systemsExperience in payments, wallets, stored value, or transaction-based platformsAbility to work directly with engineers on API design and system flowsStrong cross-functional execution experienceFamiliarity with tokenization or transaction systemsExperience evaluating build vs. buy vs. partner decisionsWhat is very nice to have:Experience working with merchant or loyalty systemsExperience scaling early-stage platforms or partner onboarding modelsInterest in emerging approaches to data orchestration and automationVisa Sponsorship:You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
