The role partners closely with Employee Relations, Client HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, Global Mobility, Legal and other HR stakeholders.This role reports to the Senior HR Manager, UK.What you will doHR Business Partnering and Employee RelationsAct as the primary HR contact for designated UK client groups, including Sales and Relationship Management, Shared Services and TechnologyProvide practical, commercially balanced and legally compliant HR advice to leaders and managersPartner with the Employee Relations Specialist on disciplinary, grievance, performance, flexible working and long-term absence casesEscalate complex or high-risk issues where appropriateSupport consistent application of HR policies and proceduresCoordinate with HR, Legal and HR Operations teams on legislative, policy and collective bargaining changes in Italy, Spain and the UAESupport restructures, redundancies and organisational change across relevant EMEA locationsMaintain clear and accessible content on the UK HR SharePoint siteSite Engagement, Culture and Manager CapabilityPromote a positive, inclusive and high-performing cultureDrive employee engagement initiatives, including Your Voice action plans and recognition programmesSupport site leaders in Italy, Spain and the UAE on culture and people prioritiesCoordinate local engagement events and activitiesIdentify opportunities to strengthen manager capability and employee experienceLearning, Development and HR EnablementPartner with Learning and Development and HR teams to identify training needsDevelop and deliver training sessions, workshops and manager briefingsSupport employee relations training on policy application, conflict resolution and case managementIdentify skills gaps and development opportunitiesData, Reporting and HR OperationsEnsure timely and accurate HR data entry and reportingProduce and analyse HR metrics, including employee relations activity, absence, flexible working, exit interviews and stay interviewsUse data and insights to identify trends and recommend actionsPartner with HR Operations to maintain efficient and compliant HR processesWorkforce Planning and Talent ManagementSupport workforce planning, succession planning and organisational capability initiativesContribute to annual talent, performance and compensation processesSupport identification and development of key talentStakeholder Engagement and EMEA SupportBuild strong relationships with HR stakeholders, business leaders, site managers, CSR teams and Employee Resource GroupsInfluence positive leadership behaviours and support proactive issue resolutionPartner across the wider HR function to deliver a consistent employee experienceGlobal Mobility and Internal MovementSupport internal mobility and employee transfers between sitesCoordinate with Global Mobility teams on mobility-related queries in the UK, Italy, Spain and the UAEEnsure mobility processes support both business and employee needsWhat you will need to haveExperience in a generalist HR Business Partner, HR Manager or similar role within a global, matrixed organisationStrong knowledge of UK employment law, ACAS Codes of Practice and employee relations best practiceAbility to provide pragmatic, risk-aware and commercially balanced HR adviceStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsExcellent communication skills across leaders, managers and associatesSound judgement, resilience, discretion and integrityStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesWhat would be great to haveExperience supporting HR or employee relations matters across multiple jurisdictions, especially Italy, Spain and the UAECIPD qualification, equivalent HR accreditation or significant relevant experienceThank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
