You will partner with financial institutions, project teams, data conversion specialists, and product stakeholders to configure lending solutions, validate data, and improve implementation outcomes. Your work helps clients adopt DNA effectively and maintain accurate, reliable lending operations.What you'll do:Lead implementation of DNA lending functionality for new client implementations, mergers, and strategic services engagementsPartner with banks and credit unions to assess lending workflows, operational requirements, and readiness for conversion activitiesConfigure DNA lending parameters, institution settings, workflows, and related functionality to support client business needsFacilitate discovery sessions, gather business requirements, and support solution design discussions with clients and internal teamsDesign, validate, and support strategies for converting lending and related data into DNA and associated Fiserv productsBuild and use Structured Query Language (SQL) queries, stored procedures, reports, and validation tools to support conversion, reconciliation, and issue resolution activitiesSupport testing, production readiness reviews, live conversion events, and post-live validation to help ensure data integrity and successful client outcomesResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.Experience you'll need to have:6+ years of experience supporting core banking, lending implementations, data conversions, or financial technology solutions6+ years of experience with the DNA core processing platform and implementation methodologies6+ years of experience working with Oracle databases, Structured Query Language (SQL), data analysis, or conversion programmingExperience with lending operations across consumer, commercial, mortgage, participation, indirect, or back-office lending functionsExperience leading client-facing implementation, consulting, training, or conversion engagementsExperience validating, reconciling, and troubleshooting large-scale data conversions and documenting business requirements, solution designs, and implementation decisionsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experienceExperience that would be great to have:Experience supporting DNA mergers and complex financial institution conversionsExperience with DNA Conversion Engine and conversion automation toolsExperience designing data validation, balancing, and reconciliation processesExperience supporting interfaces with third-party lending, document management, and ancillary banking systemsHow you'll work:This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.Travel: This role requires regular travel (10 - 25%).Sponsorship:You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
