The role also champions improvements in finance processes, systems, data, and reporting.What you will doAct as the primary finance partner to the business leader and leadership teamOwn the P&L, including revenue, operating income, cash flow, investment returns, and delivery against planLead planning, forecasting, monthly performance reviews, and multi-year strategic planningDrive business performance through insightful analysis, clear reporting, and strong accountabilityPartner with commercial, product, technology, and operations leaders on growth, pricing, investment, productivity, and resource allocationMaintain strong financial discipline across costs, headcount, capital expenditure, working capital, and the balance sheetLead improvements in finance processes, systems, data, and reporting to increase efficiency, transparency, and decision-making effectivenessLead and develop a geographically diverse finance teamPartner across Finance and other functions to ensure alignment, governance, and timely resolution of issuesMaintain a strong control environment and meet relevant accounting, regulatory, board, and company requirementsLead strategic analysis and transformation initiatives that improve business and finance performanceWhat you will need to haveSignificant finance leadership experience with ownership of a business P&LStrong commercial acumen and experience partnering with senior business leadersExperience leading planning, forecasting, performance management, and investment decisionsProven ability to lead teams and influence across a complex, matrixed organisationExperience driving process, systems, data, or finance transformation initiativesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsHigh standards of integrity, accountability, and financial governanceWhat would be great to haveExperience in payments, financial services, technology, or another complex, regulated industryProfessional finance or accounting qualificationAdvanced degree such as an MBA or Master’sThank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
