Pay Range$17.00 - $22.40Purpose:The Assortment Merchant Specialist is a key member of the store team that collaborates to conduct product line reviews, competitive shops and ensure the overall standards/assortment of the store are upheld in accordance to company guidelines.Minimum Eligibility Requirements:(1) year of customer service/retail experienceHigh school diploma and/or GED(1) year of computer experience in a work environmentJob Functions:Engage customers and provide a quality shopping experience when applicableAssist in merchandising resets across the store departmentsStrategically merchandize and utilize the company guidelines to outline merchandising practices. Ensure store presentation standards are achieved and maintained.Attend Product Line ReviewsAssist in conducting weekly competitive shops.Communicate pricing and/or inventory issues to the senior team.
