Pay Range$17.00 - $20.60Purpose:The Connected Customer Specialist is a key member of the Floor & Decor store operations team. This role supports our customers with their merchandise needs, in addition to supporting the store merchandising standards including store pricing and inventory integrity. This role is responsible for maintaining price changes, SKU labeling, e-commerce inquiries, and processing returned merchandise. Successful Connected Customer Specialist are:Customer service championsDetail oriented and highly organized Excellent communication and listening skillsMinimum Eligibility Requirements:(1) year of customer service/retail experienceHigh school diploma and/or GED(1) year of computer experience in a work environmentPreferred Qualifications:1 year of inventory control experience in a retail companyJob Functions:Assist customers with product selection and answer product related questionsPartner with management to determine which products need SKUs, price changes and need to be returnedResearch all inventory-related discrepancies and make appropriate adjustments in the inventory tracking systemReview shipping and receiving documents for accuracyAudit reports including inventory control, return of sale, and void reportsMonitor incoming and outgoing trucks logsAudit the customer merchandise storage area weekly in accordance with the Customer Storage standard operational procedures and timely resolve any issues with the CEM/Store Manager and Operations ManagerMonitor randomly selected receipts for operational accuracyCreate and maintain store signage and pricing using Tags-On-Demand (TOD) mobile printing stationReturn products to the correct in store location after customer merchandise returnsClean and stock products according to Floor & Decor’s standardsPoint of contact for e-commerce team members to contact regarding inventory availability in the storeResponsible for managing inventory movement within the storeBenefits offeredBased on eligibility our associates may opt into benefits coverage401k optionsBonus opportunities at every levelWorking Conditions While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles.
