Proved a professional, advisory and executive support service to the Director of P&C to assist in strategic goals or the establishment.2. Liaise with other Department Heads and make written recommendations requiring staffing levels and forwards to Director of P&C for approval.3. Analyzes associate’s turnover ratio and advice and in cooperation with Director of P&C.4. Coordinate the screening of all applicants.5.
