Concierge agents at the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. What you will doAccommodating guest requests, processing packages, faxes, messages, emails and mailAssisting in other Guest Service areas, including the Front Desk and front drive to ensure proper handling of luggagePlanning and organizing guest itinerary during their stay, all while providing exceptional above and beyond service!What you bringPrevious concierge experience and great knowledge of the surrounding areas and local attractions. Must have excellent English communication skills and be able to multitask.
