Luxuriously appointed private villas are built into a gently terraced hillside named Bukit Permai, which means "beautiful hill".About the roleThe Bartender will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences through professional beverage service and genuine hospitality. You will be responsible for preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service. This position requires strong beverage knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with guests in a warm and personalized manner.What you will doPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.Provide personalized and attentive service to guests in a professional and friendly manner.Recommend cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages based on guest preferences.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.What you bringPrevious experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, resort, fine dining restaurant, or upscale bar preferred.Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage preparation techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional guest service.Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.A Diploma in a relevant field is required What we offerCompetitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits packageExcellent Training and Development opportunitiesComplimentary Employee Meals
