During the whole period of rotation. This role is part of Finance department, reporting into Director of Finance. What you will do: Manager for the staff at the relevant departments while training the specific set of skills adherents to an Assistant Manager Role in Rooms Division. Maintain harmonious and professional relationship with all departments and Home Office. Actively support other department managers with matters dealing with labor standards, payroll, and other issues that may arise. Understand and possess a working knowledge of the Accounting & Finance Manual Learn and assist in preparing all budgets and forecasts. Learn and perform all daily, monthly, and other periodic accounting and financial reporting in an accurate and timely nature. Safeguard the cash assets through monthly bank reconciliations, cash counts of all issued Banks, including general cashiers, and reporting any discrepancies to the DOF. Learn and assist with month end adjustment journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Participate in the physical inventory counts and the subsequent accuracy of count, price, and valuation. Have the ability to direct the efforts, quality and timeliness of all aspects of the Revenue, account receivable, payroll, general ledger, accounts payable and general cashiering. Learn and perform the related system that is available in use for work and take training and assist other departments. What you bring: Minimum one year of administrative experience preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent experience is required Mandarin Speaking is required.
